Renee, E-RYT 200

Renee has been practicing yoga for twenty years and teaching for sixteen of them. Renee is an E-RYT 200 teacher with the Yoga Alliance, Certified in Aerial Yoga for the past 6 years, Certified in Hoopnotica, Certified in Pranayama, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra. She has also completed her first section of the MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Program.

Renee loves to teach the mechanics of the yoga poses and finds great joy in witnessing her students’ progress. She feels that having a strong connection to the mind and body are incredibly important in growing in the yoga journey. For this reason, you will experience many aspects of the practice through meditation, pranayama and the asana (yoga poses). You will find Renee's classes are the perfect match for both beginners to seasoned practitioners in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
