My journey with Yoga started in 2015 when I attended my very first Yoga class. Yoga helped me to find peace and tranquility in my mind. I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to learn more, therefore, I decided to dive deeper and earned my certification in June 2019. I love to promote wellness in all aspects of life and Yoga allows me to do that on the physical and mental level. One cannot ignore that it also helps the emotional body. I love to teach and promote peace and health through the practice of Yoga.
